The Audience Development and Marketing Coordinator will oversee marketing, ticketing, and front-of-house operations, ensuring the seamless execution of department events. Position requires coordination of marketing/publicity efforts, management of ticketing systems and box office operations, and website management. The role encompasses a strategic blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach to enhance the overall event experience.


This position is 30 hours/week, 10.5-month position (August 1 - June 15).


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and wellbeing.

  • Associate's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
