*Polisher *

• Location: Irwin, Pennsylvania
• Payrate: $17.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday -- Thursday, 6:00 AM -- 4:30 PM

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Able to use buffing wheels, hand tools, and other basic polishing equipment
• Ability to use profilometer or other devices to measure surface finish
• Operate and monitor air filtration system
• Hand lap components as necessary
• Clean work area at the end of the shift
• Modify tooling and supplies
• Operate automatic polishing machines
• Perform 5S tasks
• Snow and Ice mitigation
• Perform to all measured productivity, utilization, scrap, and rework standards/goals
• Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisors or management within the employee's skill set

Qualifications:

• Ability to use buffing wheels, hand tools, and other basic polishing equipment
• Ability to use profilometer or other devices to measure surface finish
• Ability to complete simple rework
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent GED
• Drug Test
• Criminal Background Check
