Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Shifts Available: Various shifts including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Location: Huntington, NY - Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Salary: $38-45 per hour, commensurate with experience

Health Source Group is seeking talented and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at the Huntington Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. New grads are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities: Perform required skills such as assessments and interventions following guidelines, forms, policies, and procedures. Develop care plans based on residents' specific needs, demonstrating knowledge of assessment criteria. Implement care plans, prioritize resident needs, and carry out physician orders including medication administration, IV starts, treatments, procedures, and special tests. Document treatments and care according to company policy and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good observation and analytical skills. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

Qualifications: Current New York State RN license. Minimum of an Associates Degree; BSN preferred. At least one year of experience in Long Term Care or hospital settings preferred. Effective communication skills, creativity, and strong observational and analytical abilities.
