Job Title: Maintenance

Position Information: Full Time / Full Year

Hours: 40 hours per week

Rate of Pay: $15.35 per hour

Description:

Employee performs routine maintenance/janitorial tasks in all HCCADC facilities using acquired knowledge of tools, equipment, supplies and procedures. The position requires driving on a daily basis, occasionally in inclement weather. The position requires continuous walking and standing, frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing stairs. The employee is required to possess the physical strength to occasionally lift and carry weight of 50 to 60 lbs. and operate cleaning equipment and power tools. The employee must wear a back support when lifting and wear appropriate safety equipment when using power tools, lawn tools, etc.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old. The ability to read and comprehend the English language and perform basic math functions. Employee must possess good mechanical skills. Sufficient prior work experience wherein the abilities to perform the position's duties and functions have been amply demonstrated is essential. A valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
