The FASNY Firefighter's Home is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in building maintenance. Expertise in a building trade (basic plumbing, painting, electrical, dry-wall, or floor maintenance) is preferred. A clean driving record and valid NYS driving license is required. The ability to work some weekends and holidays is expected. If a position is offered candidates will need to meet all requirements for employees working in a skilled nursing facility which includes a criminal background check.
