About Marketing Strategy Enablement

The Marketing Strategy Enablement team, part of Marketing Strategy & Operations, sits at the center of one of the best Marketing Teams in the world! We are an experienced team of Marketers who act as the connector between Marketing and cross-functional partners in

  • Thoughtful, integrated strategic planning: short term and long term

  • Defining & articulating unified goals for Marketing strategies that evolve with the changing landscape and align to company and business objectives

  • Clearly demonstrating how we deliver for our Customer, Brand and Business – and the levers that drive.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Manager in the Marketing Strategy Enablement team, you’ll facilitate Marketing’s annual planning and performance process. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams within and outside of Marketing to set goals, align strategies and resourcing, and monitor progress in year. You’ll leverage data and your ability to influence to help solve complex problems to drive the greatest outcomes for our business, brand and customers.

  • Develop & manage annual planning workplan and various workstreams including strategy development, goal setting, forecasting, and resourcing including developing timelines, frameworks and methodologies for the planning process.

  • Work with leadership to set clear, measurable goals; track progress, drivers and barriers throughout the year to enable strategic decision making and resourcing.

  • Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and integration of plans to deliver annual goals.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine annual planning process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging data & insights to drive better decision making in future planning cycles

  • Develop and drive prioritization frameworks to enable agility and responsiveness in our plans to support dynamic business needs

  • Lead organizational change management initiatives related to the implementation of the strategic plan and ensure changes are effectively communicated and operationalized.

  • Supporting annual and monthly forecasting processes including data collection, analysis and model improvement

  • Developing insights from channel and category performance data; diagnose and pin-point actions, and metrics to continue to grow, influence and enhance effectiveness of channel performance

  • Leveraging reporting and dashboards across multiple channels and categories; recommend improvements to optimization methodologies based on performance reports

  • Collaborating with digital marketing teams, Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization to understand digital marketing plans/ programs and performance.

  • Advising on and partnering with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance and driving continual assessment

  • Creating and helping to scale best-in-class efficient workflows, routines, processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do

  • Demonstrating the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary

  • Understanding activation and optimization decisions across key digital marketing programs driving incremental sales, traffic, and customer acquisition and retention programs

  • Ensuring resolution of critical issues impeding progress and/or limiting the team’s ability to streamline, simplify, or work smarter

  • Identifying and solving complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with interconnected parts

  • Focusing on daily progress towards a simpler, more streamlined way of working together

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
