Customer Service Representative
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift - Remote after 90 days depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls for account inquiries and applications.
Process payments and update account information.
Document customer concerns and follow up via mail or email.
Perform account maintenance and prepare daily reports.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ year of customer service (Call Center preferred; retail acceptable).
Good Tenure Needed
Skills: Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (proof required).
Must pass a drug test (within 48 hours of offer) and a 7-year background check.
Work Environment:
- Professional call center setting with a business casual dress code (jeans OK; no leggings or sweatpants).
