TEKsystems Offsite Document Storage in Henrietta, New York

Description:

You will be working on a tea to help collect, organize and determine if medical records fall into the destruction category if they need to be indexed and filed away. There are multiple components of the job. Step one is to go on site to different facilities to sort through the charts and follow regulations if they are to be saved or destroyed and then separated appropriately. If they are to be saved and indexed then you sort boxes numerically and sequentially for transport to the headquarters. once all sorted then you take part in indexing the documents. This is where the data entry skills come into play where you will need to have attention to detail and typing skills to input correct information into Excel and other database's.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School diploma required

May lift up to 40 lbs.

Retail or customer service experience

Experience with Excel

Basic Math skills
