Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to optimize JDE E1 and MES systems.

• Support the transition from JDE E1 to a global SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• Analyze and document business requirements for system enhancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.

• Develop and implement business process improvements to streamline operations.

• Manage vendor relationships and oversee system integration projects.

• Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong background in manufacturing environments.

• Experience with JDE E1, MES, and ERP transition projects (SAP S/4HANA a plus).
