We are offering a long-term employment opportunity for a skilled Bookkeeper. As a bookkeeper, you will be tasked with maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and managing vendor interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and effectively manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Handle account reconciliation tasks diligently.

• Enter data and maintain financial records efficiently.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various tasks including usage of pivot tables and v look ups.

• Assist with invoicing and month-end close processes.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

• Engage with vendors and follow up as required.

• Utilize QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is required.

• Expertise in Bank Reconciliations is crucial, as the Bookkeeper will need to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Demonstrable experience in Bookkeeping is essential, as the role primarily involves maintaining financial records.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed, as the role involves managing and analyzing financial data using this software.

• Experience in Month End Close is necessary, as the Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring all financial data is accurate at the end of each month.

• Knowledge of Payroll is required, as the role involves managing employee wages and salaries.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is necessary, as the role involves managing financial transactions using this software.
