Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisorfor our Hauppauge, NY facility will report to the Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper departmental operation. In addition to managing a team, the Warehouse Manager will also develop and implement short- and long-term plans to improve daily operations and contribute to CR Laurences success.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving, processing and distribution operations in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Responsible for the daily overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience
- Implement operational policies and procedures in accordance with the company's guidelines
- Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment and staff Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain standards of health, hygiene, and safety. Requiring 100% adherence at all-times while on warehouse premise
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand while ensuring accuracy and upholding quality control standards
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities by producing daily and weekly reports and statistics on the operation
- In charge of proper training and development of warehouse staff, providing employees with the resources needed to perform their job duties
- Coach and motivate employees through recognition and reward programs. Manage performance of employees by providing constructive feedback and taking disciplinary actions as needed
- Salary range: 63-69K

Skills, Knowledgeand AbilityRequirements
To be considered for the Warehouse Manager opportunity, the following conditionsmust be met:
- A minimum of 5-year previousleadershipexperience; manufacturing or warehouse preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred
- Strong organizationaland listening skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workwithdeadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment to meet required deadlines
- Utilizes strong time management and organizational skills to successfully multi-task
- Must be able to communicate effectively and conduct themselves professionally, with excellent written and verbal communications
- Able to read and perform mathematical calculations, and write measurements in number fractions at a high school education level
- Computer experience a must and typing of numbers with accuracy

Work Environment
- Primarily works in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment. Position is primarily sedentary.
- Some duties may involve being in a plant environment where noise levelscan be moderate to high and besubject to the same general climate conditions of the region (heat, cold, humidity, etc.).
- Chemicals, dust, pollen and other typical airborne particulate matter are present within the atmosphere of the production floor and may create some odors in the plant. The Company, inan effort toprovide its employees with a safe and healthy working environment, limits exposure to chemicals through written procedures, engineering controls and PPE.
- While the chemical exposure and odors are under acceptable levels set by OSHA and the WCB, they nevertheless, can be smelled and are handled according to the companys hazardous communication program.
