We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage, Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage.
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and deadlines.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
Utilize Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops to optimize marketing campaign performance and efficiency.
Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project management processes and outcomes.
Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Drive the successful adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with Adobe Marketo Engage Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops.
Should have a strong background in project management with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Should have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex project challenges.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Should have experience in the automotive industry which is a plus.
Must be adaptable and flexible to work in a hybrid work model.
Should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Must be proficient in project management tools and software.
Should have the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to drive project success.
Certifications Required
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required. Adobe Marketo Engage certification is preferred.
