Title: Oracle Clinical AI Assistant (CAA) Product Manager
Description:
Oracle Clinical AI Assistant (CAA) enables providers to demonstrate the power of
generative AI together with voice commands to reduce manual documentation
and clinical tasks, so they can focus more attention on patient care.

people across the world. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a
vision and experience in healthcare for improving providers’ productivity and
developing AI products that contributes to reducing their burnout. This PM, with
deep experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) will drive the features and
capabilities of products.
Description: Drive roadmap and day-to-day execution of provider facing
product by articulating manual workflows that may be replaced by AI. Analyze
model-generated clinical note output for accuracy, and style that meets various
clinical specialists’ needs. Guide engineering/science team on improving quality
of clinical note. Work with engineering leaders to gain alignment on priorities,
shape development of prototypes, conduct beta product evaluations, and then
launch products. Engage with providers to gain feedback and track/measure
success of the product.
Your Responsibilities:
To be considered for a Product Manager position, the Objective Minimum
Qualifications (OMQs) below must be met.
·RN/Clinical Background: Clinical knowledge: Strong understanding of medical
terminology, disease processes, and clinical practice guidelines.
·Experience reviewing patient medical records to ensure accuracy and
completeness of clinical documentation, often working closely with
physicians to clarify details and appropriately identify diagnoses and
procedures codes for accurate billing and quality reporting.
·Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
to accurately interpret medical records.
·Familiarity with terminology and ontology in healthcare.
Responsibilities
·Collaborate with engineers and coders to understand coding related needs
and prioritize them.
·Establish and articulate product differentiation from competitors. Able to
understand both the strategic and economic value of key enhancements to
product amongst multiple other competing priorities.
·Work with engineering to prioritize the backlog, articulate clear feature
stories with mockups, plan sprints, and deliver features.
·Contribute to product planning exercises; ensure plans incorporate customer
research, usability studies, and market analysis.
·Developing requirements documents for the engineering teams’ consumption
to help them understand the healthcare provider experience from features
and functionalities.
·Communicate requirements and track development sprints, lead testing, and
acceptance of the new features, including customer validations.
·Define product roadmap to deliver products that healthcare clients will utilize
and achieve expected business outcomes.
·Analyze product performance metrics, synthesize takeaways, iterate with
Engineering, and ensure quality, compliance, risk, and regulatory
expectations.
Qualifications:
·5+ years as inpatient clinicians working with providers reviewing and/or
documenting clinical notes.
·2+ years of relevant professional experience in product management.
·Bachelor’s degree in nursing or health information management (HIM)

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
