Position Overview:

 

 

 

 The Manager of Store Supplies and Fixtures is responsible for leading a team of associates and overseeing all aspects of store supply/fixture allocation at the corporate level.  This includes involvement in the procurement, ordering, monitoring of inventory levels, and budgetary reporting of all store supplies and fixtures.

 

 

 Primary Responsibilities:

 

 

 

Provide leadership and supervision to the Supply Expense Specialists.

Oversee the store supply/fixture process including direct store orders and supplies fulfilled through our distribution network.

Monitor and report on supply and fixture inventory levels to ensure items are available when needed by the field.

Review store spending at the store, district, and regional levels to help minimize waste and overspending.

Evaluate supply/fixture items to ensure what is provided aligns with the needs of the business

Assist in cost analysis, item procurement, and contract renewals/negotiations.

Update weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and/or documents.

Develop strong partnerships with team members, field management, and other departments.

Assist with other operational projects as needed.

Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

 

High School diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening.

Good time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
