DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Human Services Program Representative 1, you will provide programmatic and compliance monitoring and technical support to the grantees of the Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRCs). In this position, you will oversee and monitor grantees to ensure ELRCs comply with state and federal requirements. You will have an active role in participating in the development of policies, procedures, systems development and systems maintenance. Additionally, you will research draft legislation, analyze the impacts of childcare services, and make recommendations to the department through position papers. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. This position is home headquartered and requires frequent travel throughout the Commonwealth. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
