Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and orderliness of the property and oversight of the maintenance systems to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction in accordance with department protocol. This includes completion of work orders, emergency response, assisting in maintaining equipment and inventories, implementing preventative maintenance plans, controlling expenses, and communicating building status effectively.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Initially maintaining a 54K sq. ft. medical offices building. Later traveling to Lancaster as needed for coverage.
