Facilities Maintenance Field Technician – Harrisburg, PA

Pay: $32/hr | Temp-to-Perm | Company Truck & Gas Card Provided

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems running smoothly across multiple facilities.

• Performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs to avoid breakdowns before they happen.

• Troubleshooting and fixing anything from a faulty AC unit to plumbing and fire safety systems.

• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.

• Overseeing vendor maintenance work and making sure it meets quality standards.

• Handling emergency maintenance calls and keeping operations running without a hitch.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance.

• Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• EPA 608 Type II Certification (because keeping cool is a must).

• Experience using Word, Excel, and maintenance tracking systems (CMMS).

• A valid driver’s license – you’ll be on the move between sites.

Extra Credit For:

• EPA 608 Universal Certification (even more HVAC cred).

• Trade school training in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $37.00 per hour
