Pho 99 LLC is a Vietnamese cuisine full-service restaurant.  Our mission is to provide our community with a place to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine on a regular basis, fast service, and at an affordable price.  We are continuously recruiting to staff our restaurant to serve our local community.

Job Details:

•           Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary

•           Maintain daily care of dishwasher and dishwashing area, lavatory and sink, work table, dish storage cabinet, and food carts.

•           Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises, including emptying trash cans, cleaning drink machines, and cleaning any spills and broken glass immediately

•           Report any serious incidents to upper management, such as machine failure or broken equipment.

•           Assist cooks and servers as needed, especially during peak hours.

•           Perform assigned kitchen and dining room cleaning assignments utilizing proper cleaning chemicals and techniques according to facility and regulatory standards.

•           Must be clean, neat, and very organized.

•           Place garbage bags in containers kitchen/dining area and remove trash from the kitchen to the dumpster.

•           Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.

•           Sweep/mop the floor at the end of the day.
