Apollo 1 International Inc. General Manager - Operations and Sales in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania

Negotiates and approves contracts and other agreements with grocery, produce, deli, and fuel companies; recruits, hires, trains, and fires (if necessary) employees using established company procedures; creates goals for sales and employees to work toward; collaborates with managerial staff on how to accomplish set goals; monitors and evaluates budgets, payroll records, and accounts (payable and receivable); reviews transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted; assembles and prepares financial reports; develops and implements marketing strategies that promote customer loyalty and attract new customers; monitors daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for each location; identifies areas to cut costs and improve employee performance, company policies and procedures; meets with financial institutions to negotiate company loans; meets with accountants to review annual profit and loss statements; ensures compliance with health and food safety standards and regulations; oversees routine maintenance of locations as well as their equipment and facilities; researches possible new locations and opportunities for expansion; and ensures strict adherence to safety rules and practices. 

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance. Must have two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Sales Executive or Director. 

Two (2) years of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) must have been in the following:

1) Payroll and financial management.
