Position Title: FIELD SUPPORT ANALYST - HANOVER, PA

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

Other Forms of Compensation: CIOG bonus eligible

Job Summary

Looking for a detail oriented, trustworthy, and dependable individual who will oversee several facets of the backend processes of the branch.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• The weekly fiscal closing of the branch

• Research and Analyze trends in performance regarding route accountability and branch accountability.

• Be able to work across several different programs to assist you in the goal of analyzing performance of Route Drivers and Warehouse personnel.

• Utilizing programs such as Excel to assist in analyzing reports.

• Communicating clearly with other team members

• Being able to transition between the Vending side and Market side of the business fluidly.

• Taking ownership of the weekly inventory performed in the warehouse.

• Loss Prevention duties, investigating route shortages, inventory shortages, etc.

• Strong time management skills.

• Strong Organizational skill.

• Daily check ins with all Route drivers to go over issues on the route, as well as auditing money bags and kit returns
