Production Associates

1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm 

• $14.00

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 2pm-12am 

• $15.00

   

Responsibilities include accurately selecting, mixing, staging, and packaging various components in support of the production/manufactuing process. Must be attentive to details, maintain highest standards of safety and quality, and able to work together as a team to excute daily production goals. Will need to perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting and multiplications. Must maintain a positive attendance record, a strong work ethic, and a proactive "can do" approach to all responsibilities.

Key responsibilities also include by not limited to:

• Ability to successfully perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell set up/staging, measuring and pouring of reagents, and kit assembling.
• Expected to perform all taks according to standard operating procedures while ensuring the work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.
• Maintain documentation for production related activities relared to ISO/customer/business requirements.
• Accurately and efficiently perform tasks through to completion while taking ownership for the quality and intergrity of components and finished goods. 
• Attend job training related to production for professional growth.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by Company and OSHA standards. 
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as required. 

• Participate in analyzing and supporting root causes of production issues and help develop corrective actions.
