We're seeking a driven and dedicated Order Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team and oversee Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) warehouse operations. In this critical role, you'll ensure that our eCommerce and order fulfillment activities run smoothly, making it an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about logistics, process improvement, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for all eCommerce and order fulfillment activities in the DTC warehouse. Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics (D365) for order management, inventory, and fulfillment processes. Oversee and track the growth of Amazon PO fulfillment using D365 and Amazon Seller Central. Train, mentor, and guide warehouse associates to ensure efficient operations and high performance. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve product handling and efficiency. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as necessary. Participate in physical inventories and ensure accurate tracking and product management. Provide coverage for other roles as needed and collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: 2+ years in a shipping/warehouse environment; operational knowledge of Utz Quality Foods is preferred. Previous experience supervising or leading a team, ideally in a warehouse or logistics setting. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Experience forecasting and planning for seasonal or fluctuating order volumes to ensure optimal staffing and inventory levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) or ShipStation is a plus. Valid forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain.
