Job Description:

About the Role:

Responsible for procurement of all plant Indirect Materials (MRO and Supplies) in support of the finite production schedule and the plant PM and MS schedules, as well as occasional purchasing for support departments. Serve as Maintenance Department Training Coordinator, CMMS SME, and support for Company, customer, and regulatory agency audits.

  • Manage and maintain appropriate MRP settings in SAP.

  • Work with Stockroom Coordinator and plant Inventory Coordinator to maintain target inventory levels.

  • Back up Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and Stockroom Coordinator in the receiving parts, obtaining quotes, assisting with cycle counts, and setting up new parts as needed.

  • Maintain skill sets necessary to serve as CMMS Subject Matter Expert

  • Support Hanover Planner/Scheduler in executing any changes within CMMS.

  • Work with Maintenance Supervisor and Manager to assess and modify PM process to maximize effectiveness. As well as working with the Maintenance Manager overseeing the budget.

Important Details: This is an on-site position, working Monday through Friday – day shift. Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); completion of apprenticeship of some college courses highly desired; AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.

  • Prefer five to seven years of manufacturing experience with a strong knowledge in the following areas: hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and industrial skills.

  • Advanced SAP knowledge and understanding of running a CMMS system.

  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Email, and simple database applications.

  • Must have strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized and on task.

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
