Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Support Technician to join their dynamic team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Address hardware, software, access, security, and business application concerns promptly.

  • Collaborate with Tier 3 support when necessary to resolve complex technical problems.

  • Ensure end user devices are configured and updated according to company standards.

  • Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of issue resolution.

  • Assist users in the United States and international offices via remote access tools.

  • Follow established procedures while adapting to the evolving needs of our business.

  • Contribute to enhancing current IT processes and workflows.

  • Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions to educate users on supported technologies.

  • Assist in the lifecycle management of PC assets, including ordering, receiving, deployment, and retirement.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to optimize IT service delivery.

  • Periodically travel to other locations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology support roles.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and familiarity with imaging tools (i.e., Ghost, Acronis, SCCM, etc.).

  • Experience using help desk management systems.

  • Experience with Office 365 administration.

  • Configuration and troubleshooting skills for iPhone and Android OS.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 7 and Macintosh systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment (i.e., PCs, monitors, printers, etc.).

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.

  • Flexibility in task switching and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.

  • Ability to navigate unforeseen challenges and think critically towards achieving resolutions.

  • Due to the nature of the work candidates must be a United States Citizen or United States Permanent Resident.
