The right candidate needs to possess strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills. Our Office Coordinator will provide clerical support, QuickBooks A/R-A/P, Shipping in/out and serve as right hand to company owners.Responsibilities:> Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.> Manage FedEx, UPS & USPS shipping & receiving, occasionally lifting up to 25lbs.> Use QuickBooks Pro for up to 5 separate companies.> Order office supplies and various parts for surgical repair company.Our company manages both residential and commercial rental properties, as well as operations of a surgical instrument repair company.Advantageous experience to posses;> Bookkeeping> Property or landlord management

Minimum Salary: 18.00 Maximum Salary: 22.00 Salary Unit: Hourly
