Overview

Job Summary: Responsible for the security, inventory management, and general flow of the inventory associated with the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Deliver total customer service to our stores and other departments

• Load trucks and trailers to maximize the available cube and protect the freight from damages

• Operate all equipment associated with picking and loading responsibilities

• Assist in cross functional work assignments when work loads demand

• Pick store orders and maintain the integrity of our inventories

• Maintain open communications with the management team, to help coordinate the general flow of inventory throughout the distribution center pipeline

• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Skills Required:

• Must be able to lift 80 pounds

• Palletize freight to a height of 8”

• Better than average math skills

• Successful completion of all mandatory training

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Preferred: Previous experience, but not required

Special Conditions of Employment:

• Drug test

• Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

• Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

$16.00 - $22.17 an hour

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
