We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Director in the Glens Falls, NY area. The successful applicant will be part of a mid-sized company, providing HR leadership and guidance to other members of management. The role involves overseeing all areas of HR, including benefits, recruiting, compensation, policies and procedures, compliance, insurance, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR leadership and guidance to the management team

• Supervise a team and work closely with other departments and leaders

• Oversee all areas of HR including benefits, recruiting, compensation, policies and procedures, compliance, and insurance

• Develop and maintain the company culture

• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to HR

• Manage employee relations and create a positive work environment

• Utilize your experience with Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, C-Suite, and Employee Relations

Requirements
