The Impact You Can Make In collaboration with other members of the Patient Services Leadership Team, the Administrative Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and consultation guidance to professional and ancillary services staff. The Administrative Supervisor is a catalyst facilitating professional practice and excellence in patient outcomes. The Administrative Supervisor assumes administrative responsibility for the hospital in the absence of other administrative personnel and is an active participant and contributor to strategic planning, organizing and managing the overall activities of Patient Services.
