Employer: Glen Head Country Club, Inc., 240 Glen Cove Road, Glen Head, NY 11545.

Duties: Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating. Distribute menus. Fill glasses, answer questions and suggest menu items. Take orders and place with kitchen; inform cooks about any special cooking instructions. Assemble food on tray. Serve meal. Check back to ensure guest satisfaction.

Optional employer-provided housing available for a payroll deduction of $2.35/day worked (or portion thereof) not to exceed a maximum of $15.20/week. Employer will provide meals. 1 meal per shift.

Employer to provide company-specific wash & wear uniform at no charge to the worker.

Work Days: Vary (Mon-Sun), Hours Vary 10am-6pm, 40 hours/week at $24.45/hour. Overtime at $36.68/hour when available.

No education required. No experience required. Employer willing to accept a trainee. On-the-job training provided.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly, on Thursday.

All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $16.28/day without receipts or up to $68.00/day with receipts.
