Description

TEKsystems' client in the Geneva, NY area is seeking a Desktop Technician to be a part of a 21-month acquisition project. Techs will be participating in site conversions, deployments, technology upgrades, testing, and ongoing support of the IT environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Small-sided network support and Maintence (Print servers etc.)

• Desktop Deployments

• Environmental Refresh, Upgrades & Replacements

• Tier 2-3 technical support issues

• Hardware troubleshooting

• Break/Fix and resolution

• Field tech related work and activity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
