Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Sign-On Bonus up to $3,000.

Shift: Full-Time & Part-Time

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care tailored to our adult and geriatric residents' specific needs. You’ll ensure every resident receives individualized care in alignment with their personalized care plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, addressing physical, emotional, and mental needs.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and services with precision and documentation accuracy.

  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, facility meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Supervise nursing and support staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

  • Respond to medical changes, family concerns, and ensure communication with care providers.

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold resident rights and safety standards.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in managing care for patients with therapeutic, neuro, dementia, dialysis, wound care, or end-of-life needs.

  • Strong understanding of infection control, behavioral interventions, and emergency response.

  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and optimistic attitude.
