QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Masters in social work, Counseling, or related field plus NYS License with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of County Resources, Human Services, Care Coordination and Human Resource Management, Medicaid billable programming Strong interpersonal skills necessary to lead and interact with a wide variety of people including staff, clientele, and the public. Well-Developed oral and written communication skills Must have proficient computer skills and knowledge to include working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Access; experience with electronic health records a plus Must be highly motivated, organized, able to manage time appropriately, and able to work independently with good organizational and creative problem skills Ability to lead in a team approach, multitask and delegate as needed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary function is to provide supervision and support to direct line staff Responsible for day-to-day client/staff emergencies Coordinate and manage agency, staff and program needs with the Program Director Provide staff training Be familiar with all program staff functions and available to fill in for absent staff as needed Responsible for review of all case documentation to ensure quality standards are met Attend required meetings as appropriate for program/agency Collaborate with on case/staff assignments Perform other duties as directed

ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:

Must have valid NYS Drivers License, an acceptable driving record and adequate insurance. Must comply with all Agency policies and procedures. Required to understand and abide by the laws, regulations, policies, and procedures that apply to the program or service that you provide. Required to report any known or suspected violation of laws, regulations, policies, or procedures related to programs, services, agency operations, or personnel of the agency. Required to maintain accurate documentation including, but not limited to, purchase orders, petty cash, expenditures, mileage records, and time sheets Attend all trainings as necessary for job performance.
