Tri County Heating and Air Conditioning located in Fulton, NY is looking for a full time Office Coordinator. Office Coordinator will assist staff including President and Vice Presidents.

Responsibilities

-Customer Service -Maintain knowledge of current products, new technologies, sales promotions, specials, etc -Scheduling,Data Entry, invoicing, purchase orders, inventory -Completes, submits, schedules all customer service and install appointments on Google Calendar -Make outbound calls to confirm and reschedule technician appointments -Filing warranty information and claims -Prepare job folders and order materials for new jobs -Receive payments -Maintain client data base -Prepare and file permits and insurance requirements -Type and track proposals

Requirements

-Valid Driver's License -Reliable Transportation -Must be able to pass a drug test -Proficiency in Google drive, docs, calendar, etc

Education High School Diploma/GED

Hours 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Wage $16.50 - $19.00
