Verizon is in the process of modernizing our networks to enable new, groundbreaking products and technologies. The candidate will provide training to NTP team members on both existing TDM switch infrastructure and new switch technologies being deployed (Ribbon C20/G6/G6), as well as related VzT systems and procedures.Responsibilities include:* Facilitate and track the training requirements/progress of new NTP team members.* Provide training on switch equipment, VzT systems and processes.EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:Relevant Bachelors Degree or five years relevant experience in switching, transport and NTP processes and procedures.LOGISTICS:Shift: Day shift with flexibility required for off-shift activities.
