Job Description: Primary Responsibilities include greeting customers, listen to concerns and provide information about services and prices, prepare repair orders, estimate costs, and provide updates to customers, scheduling appointments, process orders, monitor delivery and handle customer complaints. Basic automotive knowledge and computer skills are preferred.
