Job Overview:

The Administrative Assistant 2 is responsible for supporting general operations of the department. They provide all necessary administrative support to the department – maintaining documentation and communications pertaining to the department, gathering necessary data/ reports and coordinating with different departments to fulfill assigned tasks. With the guidance of his/her director, the Administrative Associate will work with minimal supervision to ensure that the day-to-day team operations are completed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the department.

  • Interact regularly face to face with employees in different departments within warehouse

  • Maintain all documentation/communications for the department.

  • Prepare reports/summaries, maintain logs and supplies, etc.

    Additional Responsibilities:

As assigned by the manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands in a high paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

    Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

  • Experience in an administrative role preferred
