Landscapers. Disandro Landscape Group has 8 openings. Temp/FT. 4/01/25-12/01/25. Work location: 240 Elmwood Ave, Ste. 6, Feasterville, PA 19053. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking & any other related tasks. Perform physical activities such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle position, move, manipulate materials, use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 75 lbs. All applicants must be able willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Work Monday through Friday varies. Saturdays required when necessary. OT varies.Employer will provide workers, at no charge, all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job. 40 hrs per week. Mon-Fri 6:45-3:00pm. Will offer wage $19.76/hr ($29.64 OT) OT varies. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Payday weekly. Truck rental avail from home to worksite listed above, if used rental to be deducted $20/week from paycheck. Payroll deductions as required by law. Merit pay raises may be available at the employer's discretion. Employer provided transportation from workshop listed above to multiple worksites in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties, PA. Supervision required 3 months verifiable experience as a landscaper. No min education required. No on-the-job training will be provided. Employer paid criminal background & drug test prior to employment. Reasonable and most economical/common carrier transportation costs for both out-of town and H-2B workers living abroad to the place of employment will be reimbursed in the full amount as required by DOL regulations when and if the worker completes half of the employment period. Upon completion of contract or where worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation back home, except where worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.H-2B workers will be reimbursed, in the 1st workweek, for all visa: visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Employees will be provided w/minimal daily subsistence of at least $15.88 per day during travel, up to a max of $59 per day with documentation of actual expenses.
