Aerotek is hiring for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk!

LOCATION: FARMINGTON, NY

PAY: $17.00/hr

Job Description

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a key role in managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Your responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for discrepancies and damage, promptly reporting any issues, and storing materials safely and systematically. You will also be tasked with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, operating material handling equipment, and verifying delivery contents against packing slips. Additionally, you will prepare shipments by boxing materials, labeling, and completing necessary paperwork. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations.

Work Environment

• The position is based in a loud warehouse environment. The shift hours are Monday to Wednesday from 6 am to 3:30 pm, Thursday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, and Friday from 7 am to 12 pm (Half Day)
