Ecore is looking for a Senior Sales & Project Manager to join the team! This position is responsible for outside sales covering the Midwest to include travel, presentations, bidding and ongoing correspondence with potential customers. Coordinate pre-sale efforts including customer service, lead follow-up, quoting and associated follow up, public job tracking, and document review. Coordinate post-sale logistics relating to job installation, including follow up with vendors, equipment procurement, delivery schedules, installer interface, and problem resolution. This position is also responsible for producing roll orders.

Salary: 75K-93K (Based on experience)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects/jobs sold to contractors and architects; ensure successful completion of these projects/jobs
  • Travel, give presentations, bid projects and maintain ongoing correspondence with potential customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via the telephone and provide comprehensive product information; prepare price quotes as needed and follow up post-quote; follow up on leads and maintain documentation of activities
  • Produce roll orders for field projects; technical liaison for field questions on roll layouts; game line dimensions/rules from Installers, Sales & PA; CAD liaison


Core Essentials:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field required; or 4 years equivalent industry work experience
  • 5 years Construction/Scheduling/Project Management experience required
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer software to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to work and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the company; proven ability to lead and influence people/organizations to attain desired results
  • Ability to obtain Contractor's license/RMI for multiple states
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex activities
  • Strong leadership, communication, influencing and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced environment with min. supervision
  • Strong problem solving & negotiation skills
