Bentley Systems is looking for a champion of change to become a trusted business partner to help customers realize the importance of turning on and realizing their digital strategy goals.

The Enterprise Senior Account Manager will develop and execute tactical and strategic business plans to maintain an existing book of business and drive whitespace opportunities in an assigned set of enterprise accounts.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Promote the Bentley Systems vision, strategy, and value proposition to designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and owners to help customers meet or exceed their business objectives.

• Nurture relationships with the C-suite, VPs, and Directors.

• Prospect for new business opportunities and drive sales in assigned territory to exceed quota.

• Negotiate sales contracts and service agreements.

• Develop and manage the sales pipeline and forecast opportunities by following the Bentley Sales process and managing all activity in the cloud CRM system.

• Maintain a high-level knowledge of the company's solutions and services.

• Requires 10-20% travel.

• Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ).

What You Bring To The Team:

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Technology, or a related field; preferably an infrastructure-related background

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in managing relationships in the AEC space.

• An exceptional track record of success.

• Referenceable experience and knowledge of operating at an executive level with external customers.

• PC literacy with appropriate MS Office applications proficiency.

• Excellent written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills.

• A passion for hitting targets.

• Proficiency with company products portfolio at a business level.

• Very well disciplined and organized with a high level of personal integrity.

• Self-motivating “can-do”-attitude.
