Job Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Director, Financial Planning and Analysis this position plays a critical role on our Global FP&A Team. The Manager, FP&A responsibilities include aiding in the coordination of monthly forecast submissions including the role as system administrator for our BPC planning tool, providing critical analytics & insights on our results to support our external reporting and executive management team in preparation of our external filings, earnings release and internal management meetings and playing a key role in the consolidation of our yearly budget process. The role is additionally critical to provide detailed and strategic insights to the business to allow for appropriate decision making. Additionally, this role engages and collaborates closely with the Controller, Treasury, Tax and IT teams to further drive reporting improvements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key role in preparing slides and analysis for Board deliverables and internal management meetings Critical role in delivering analytics & data insights to our external reporting, tax and executive team in preparation for external filings, earnings release, legal entity forecasting and our internal management meetings. Scope encompasses sales, segment reporting, MD&A support, PwC requests and legal entity projections. Administrator of our BPC system which includes creating versions for forecasts and budgets, locking and unlocking periods, training users, maintaining our user guide, managing user issues/requests, loading data into HFM for consolidation and loading lower-level detail back into S4 for monthly detail reporting. This role is also instrumental in the design requirements for our updates/changes as well as new builds of data models working closely with D&T on a regular basis. Critical role in the forecast consolidation process gathering and coordinating data with Commercial, Operations, Corporate, Treasury and Tax to process inputs and get a consolidated forecast. Extensive knowledge of our systems is critical for this responsibility area. Develops & builds HFM SmartView and BPC reports as needed to drive insights & analytics for management and our FP&A partners in Commercial, Operations and Corporate functions. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data in our financial systems Ad hoc analysis as needed Basic Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis Knowledge of Hyperion, SAP HANA, SAP BPC and SAP BW/BI is required. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: MBA Preferred Ability to work in a matrixed organization and promote a collaborative environment. Excellent oral and written skills; interpersonal skills, fact finder skills, active listening, critical thinking, time management, problem sensitivity and project management skills. Ability to leverage tec nology to improve, analyze and report results. Ability to present findings and industry insights to senior leaders across the company. Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and challenging environment with strong inherent project execution skills, including prioritizing tasks, balancing workload between multiple projects, anticipating next steps, adapting to changing situations and project scope. Excellent relationship skills and client-focused mindset. Travel Requirements: Travel is not required. Physical and Mental Requirements: Use written and oral communication skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills must be coupled with public speaking, quick decision making. Organizational skills will enable planning, prioritization & achievement of goals especially of importance for the successful execution of related activities. Position operates in a sedentary professional office environment with occasional standing or climbing up and down stairs. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. Read and interpret data, information, documents, analyze and solve problems. Must maintain the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations. Must be able to multi-task, work under time constraints, problem-solve, and prioritize. Ability to make independent and sound judgments. Must be able to step back and think big picture, when needed, to anticipate problems.
