SUMMARY
To inspect finished metal parts and assemble components with instructions. Drive to deliver or pick up products as needed. Deburr and mark parts complete documentation when required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.)
- Cleans, deburrs and polishes using hand tools or powered equipment, performing any combination of tasks.
- Deburrs parts with file, wire brush, buffing or grinding wheel.
- Assembles compressors and test when needed.
- Operate forklift and pickup truck
- General maintenance of tooling and work area.

QUALIFICATIONS
- To perform this job an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision
- Be self-motivated
- Able to multi-task, and adapt to change
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Written and oral communication skills in English
Valid Driver's License required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful manner. Effectively communicate with clients and fellow employees both verbally and written in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic calculations using addition, subtraction, fractions, etc.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills. Communicate honestly with all others to provide solutions to problems in a timely fashion.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, stoop, push, pull, walk, reach with hands and arms. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
MENTAL WORK DEMANDS
Regular and on-time attendance. Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including motor vehicle and aircraft.

TRAINING PLAN:
A.Train on proper safety techniques on various power tools and lifting devices.
B.Train on product knowledge relating to the function of components.
C.Instruct on critical areas and proper handling, packaging, and storing of product.
D.Review blueprints for dimensional requirements.
E.Train on sandblasting equipment.
F.Instruct on material traceability and identification of product.
G.Instruct on completing needed paperwork to track both parts and work hours.
H.Upgrading maintenance skill set for general shop needs.
