Job Title: Accounting Analyst
Job Description
This Accounting Analyst will be responsible for reconciling accounts, recording journal entries, and supporting Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
Responsibilities
Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Record journal entries accurately and timely.
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Create pivot tables and vlookups in Excel for data analysis.
Utilize large scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, or Infor.
Essential Skills
Experience with account reconciliation.
Proficient in creating journal entries.
Knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
Proficiency in large scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, or Infor.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2+ years of experience working as a staff accountant, A/P Specialist, or A/R Specialist.
2+ years of experience doing reconciliations.
2+ years of accounts payable or accounts receivable experience.
Work Environment
This position is fully onsite. You will have the opportunity to train directly with the CFO and grow within the company, potentially becoming the CFO's right-hand person.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
