Our client, consumer packaged goods (body wash), is seeking an Associate Brand Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have brand strategy, innovation and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Associate Brand Director

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $57 - $67 hourly W2 only

Contract: 6 Months (extension possible)

What’s the Job?

• Looking for a dynamic and experienced brand manager to lead roadmap innovation for the Name Brand Body Wash business in North America

• Responsible for leading the brand's 3-year innovation roadmap, contributing to the ambitious growth plan established by the brand.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, both internal (R&D, CMI, SC, Finance, Procurement, etc.) and external (Creative, Pack Design, Consumer Research), to co-create the roadmap and product mixes.

• Your role includes crafting product mixes based on intuition and insight, requesting resources, and developing project teams and networks to deliver new product benefits, claims, and demos that resonate with consumers and customers.

• Identify and explore new growth opportunities to drive disruption within the category and fuel exponential growth, working closely with the US Business Unit and Customer Strategy & Planning teams.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree required ; MBA preferred but not required

• 8+ years of experience in marketing innovation and development

• Proven track record in brand strategy development, innovation, and product road mapping (Experience in Personal Care and Skin Cleansing categories in the US is highly desirable)

• Strong ability to derive true consumer insights with deep consumer intimacy and intuitive with excellent storytelling skills; able to identify issues and opportunities and frame messages simply and compellingly
