Job Description

One of our healthcare clients is looking to hire two Clinical Managers for their home care team. This person will be responsible for going on monthly visits with an average client list of 20 per manager, address anything that comes up from RNs and LPNs in the field during the shifts with clients, write up documentation for their visits, supervise field staff, train and onboard new nurses, conduct supervisory visits of the nurses, and complete administrative tasks. This is for their home health care, which is shifts of ex. 7 am - 7 pm of RNs or LPNs taking care of their pediatric or adult clients in their homes.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse (BSM preferred)

Proven experience providing care with triac and ventilation to patients

Portrays leadership qualities and is eager to take their career to the next level in a managerial role

Ability to provide home care to pediatric and adult clients and understands working with populations of acute care

Great attitude and growth mindset when leading and working with clients Preferred BSM and Home Health Care Experience null
