Employment Solutions Production Operator in Elkland, Pennsylvania

We are currently seeking motivated Production Workers to join our client's team in *Elkland, PA. *Our client, a Fortune 500 Company with over 50 years of industry experience, specializes in manufacturing and distributing plastic injection molding products for the housing industry.

Position Overview: We are looking for reliable individuals to join our client's *various shifts *as Production Workers. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and the production of high-quality products.

Shift Availability:

1st shift 8a-4p

2nd shift 4p-12a

Pay is $16-$17/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain machines used in the production process, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper functioning throughout the production run.
  • Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Package finished products for shipment or storage, following packaging guidelines and quality standards.
  • Handle materials and components needed for production, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar software for machine operation and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in fabricating, welding, or tooling is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
