We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, behavior management, and overall child welfare.

Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
  • Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  • Provide physical education activities to promote health and wellness among preschoolers.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to support child development and address any concerns.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress in literacy education and early intervention strategies.
  • Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a preschool or toddler care setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and behavior management.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Knowledge of child welfare practices and early intervention strategies.
