Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to till soil; work ground; prepare and maintain land; and plant, spray, cultivate, and harvest crops. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements and equipment that utilizes GPS and auto-guidance systems. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Job also requires loading seed into planters; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivot points, buildings, and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; welding; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; operating chainsaws; regularly servicing equipment; mowing; weed eating; and property maintenance around all farm structures and buildings.
