Job Description: Administrative - Policy and Procedures Specialist

Position Overview:

The Administrative Policy and Procedures Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures that ensure efficient sales, installations, service operations, and daily administrative functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, policy development, and a strong understanding of sales and service processes.

Key Responsibilities: * Policy and Procedure Development: Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures to streamline sales, installation, service, and daily operations. * Operational Management: Oversee daily departmental tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments. * Sales Support: Develop and enforce policies that optimize the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals. * Installation Coordination: Establish procedures for scheduling, executing, and monitoring installations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. * Service Operations: Implement policies to manage and improve customer service operations, including handling service requests, troubleshooting, and customer follow-ups. * Performance Monitoring: Develop metrics and reporting systems to monitor the effectiveness of policies and procedures, and make adjustments as necessary. * Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on new policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding across the organization. * Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company standards, conducting regular audits and quality checks. * Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and installation teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. * Technology Integration: Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency, including implementing software solutions for better process management.

Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role. * Strong understanding of sales, installation, and service processes. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Demonstrated experience in policy and procedure development. * Proficiency in using operational management software and tools. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making. * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

Preferred Skills: * Experience in a sales-driven organization. * Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. * Project management certification or experience. * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Working Conditions: * Full-time position based in the company's main office. * Occasional travel may be required to oversee operations in different locations or to attend meetings and training sessions. * Standard office environment with regular use of computers and office equipment.
