Robert Half Technical Project Manager in Edison, New Jersey
Description We are in search of a Technical Project Manager with a focus on UX Design to join our team based in Edison, New Jersey. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating seamless digital experiences by leading cross-functional teams and managing projects that combine strategy, design, and technology within the Marketing/PR industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the vision for user-centered digital products in collaboration with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from concept to launch, aligning timelines, budgets, and resources with business goals.
• Translate creative ideas into actionable technical plans, bridging the gap between design and development.
• Facilitate collaboration among UX/UI teams, engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive, visually compelling, and functional designs.
• Utilize user feedback, research insights, and performance metrics to analyze and iterate on designs.
• Advocate for UX best practices, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, keeping projects adaptable while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Utilize your understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Use Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) to manage projects effectively.
• Leverage your communication and storytelling skills to present ideas and rationales to stakeholders. Requirements • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, with the ability to leverage this knowledge in the implementation of marketing strategies.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with the ability to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software, with the potential to manage and track project timelines effectively.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage the iterative development process and coordinate the work of the project team.
• Understanding of Budget Processes, with the ability to plan, create, manage, and control project budgets effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members, stakeholders, and clients. Innovation starts with people.®
